Hey everyone!
My name is Joko

 I’m the owner and main tattooer here. I’ve been tattooing since 1996. I’ve always been an artist, I’m interested in all kinda of art in my life, but fell in love with the thought of permanently putting art in skin during my middle school years. To one day do what we do now! After learning on my own, I finally got the opportunity for an apprenticeship at The Burning Image in Portage, IN to sharpen my skills and later to venture out on my own. Which landed me in Dickinson, North Dakota. Where I started Altered Ink Tattoo in Nov. 2005. Since then I’ve fallen in love with the western-edge. Tattooing our community is a pleasure! I do travel for tattoo conventions around the US entering my work in contests, winning awards for my work since 2009.

I don’t have just one style, I do it all if I can, but my favorite tattoos to do are black and grey realism, black and grey portraits, full color cartoon/anime/video game characters. Coverups
